About me

A woman in constant motion that allows healing in the process of life.
I would like to share the sparkle with you.

Somatics / Movement

As a constant seeker of healing and growing through movement, body awareness, and the sacred connection between our body-mind & spirit, since 1997, I have experienced, and discovered a world of rich and powerful possibilities through body work and somatics that I share and integrate in my work & practices every day.

Through journaling, art, creative-expressive talk, story telling, dance, movement and meaningful / mindful education methods, my creative and transformative workshops may be the safe place you are looking for you, your students, or your family. Where being authentic is being real, and being real is being a whole.

Entrepreneur

I like to pursue the best of me, and to accomplish my goals. Therefore, I’ve had the fortune and the opportunity to be the owner of two multicultural recreational & dance studios in the US & Mexico for 13 years and I co-owned a restaurant with my partner in crime-dear husband for 3 years in WA St. One of my dearest accomplishments has been the creation of my Bilingual Meaningful & Mindful Educational Program Pre-K-12,  accredited by the DCYF in Washington St. (www.BILMPeducation.com).

I’ve had the wonderful opportunity to serve hundreds of children and families since 2011, and to train more than a hundred educators around the world since 2019. As an Education & business Consultant, Life Coach, Early Childhood Ed Practitioner, International Trainer, and Neuroeducation passionate learner, I feel proud, and loved by the opportunity and encouragement that I’ve found, to create safer and more meaningful spaces to grow,  teach and learn.

Systemic Family Constellations Therapy
Trauma-informed

How important is it to recognize that our past experiences shape the way we act, interact, and build relationships in our present lives? Being Trauma-informed allows me to integrate in my work the comprehension, awareness, and care of the past experiences & their current effects in children, adults, educators, and caregivers I serve.

Systemic Therapy is a powerful and important tool to understand our past, ancestral wisdom, legacy of love and pain that may be affecting our

 present.
